Fees and Appointments

Initial Phone Consultation (one time, 20 mins)                                         Free

Initial Intake Session                                                                                    $180

On-Going Sessions                                                                                      $160

A typical session is generally 45-55 minutes long.  I charge proportionately extra for sessions that run more than 10 minutes over an hour.  At the time of the appointment you are responsible for the full fee.  Payment in full is prerequisite to scheduling following appointments.  Follow up appointments are not automatically held; it is the clients’ responsibility to schedule/re-schedule for their preferred date and time.

I am happy to provide you with documentation (often called a super bill) to provide to your insurance provider for reimbursement, in part or in full, for my services as an out-of-network provider.  Please check with your insurance company to see what coverage you have.

As a courtesy to me and other clients on my case load, I require notice of cancellation 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions unless a legitimate emergency has arisen.  If a client fails to present for session without proper notice, I reserve the right to bill for payment for any missed appointments.  I don’t object to late arrivals since you, not I, pay for the time but a courtesy call, text or email is always appreciated if you are running late.
